It is almost time for the States to start! Prepare yourself for the Metagame in your State. So memorize the Basic Strategy for the following possible Metagames in your State:
Luxchomp:
To begin you would set up both Luxray and Garchomp, preferrably Garchomp to start, then begin to snipe off bench poke's. Whie they struggle with energy attachments, Luxray up benched poke's and collect more prizes. Gusting and sniping is relatively easy against Tyranitar because of its slow setup. THen, if they do set up a Ttar, set up a Garchomp, hit it for 50 so it is within KO range of PromoCroak, then when Ttar KO's Chomp, Promocroak them back and they should have lost all of their resources after your constant sniping and gusting.
Lostgar:
This type of deck you must send the opponent's Pokemon to the Lost Zone, get six in there and play Lost world for the win.
These are most likely the top two decks used at State contests to get ready!
